Welcome Wednesdays

Starting on the 28th June, we will be running our Welcome Wednesdays initiative between 3pm and 6pm. During this time the shopping centre sound system and tannoy we be turned off. Hand dryers will be replaced with paper towels, children's rides will also be turned off. All of this is designed to create an environment which is more accommodating to those who have a sensitivity to noise. We will also have a chill out zone in the main area where families can come together and relax. We will also be giving out wristbands in the chill out zone so our customer service staff can identified those who make need special attention.
